Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Registration Fees
All registration fees and talent passes purchased for Trend Fusion India auditions and events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a registration is successfully processed and the payment is complete, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including a participant's change of mind, inability to attend, or medical emergencies.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If Trend Fusion India is forced to cancel an event or audition entirely without rescheduling, all registered participants for that specific event will be offered a full refund. However, if an event is merely postponed, relocated within the same city, or rescheduled for administrative reasons, your registration will remain entirely valid for the new date/venue, and no refunds will be permitted.
3. Disqualification Scenarios
Participants who are disqualified prior to or during the event for violating our Code of Conduct, failing to meet explicitly stated age/gender eligibility criteria, or providing falsified documents during registration will forfeit their registration status and will not be eligible for any refunds.
4. Failed Payments & Technical Issues
If your bank account is debited but your registration fails to generate a confirmation on our website due to technical errors, the deducted amount will typically be auto-refunded to your original method of payment by our gateway partner (Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days. If the refund is still not credited after 7 business days, please contact us with your transaction ID or payment receipt.
5. Dispute Resolution
For any payment disputes, duplicate transactions, or refund-related inquiries, please contact our support team directly at info@trendfusionindia.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all legitimate payment discrepancies within 48-72 hours.
