2. Registration and Eligibility

All participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must meet the specific age, gender, and background eligibility criteria strictly outlined for each category (e.g., Miss TFI, Mr. TFI, TFI Junior). Trend Fusion India reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant found to have provided false or misleading information, without any refund.

3. Event Rules and Professional Conduct

All participants, attendees, and guardians (for TFI Junior) are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all auditions, grooming sessions, and finale events. Any form of harassment, misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct towards staff, judges, or other participants will result in immediate termination of participation and expulsion from the event without compensation or refund.

4. Intellectual Property and Media Rights

By registering and participating in Trend Fusion India, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of you during the auditions and main events for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and social media purposes across all platforms.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

Trend Fusion India reserves the right to modify the dates, venues, or structure of the auditions and main events due to unforeseen circumstances or administrative reasons. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
